Treelore trail

The trees around us have secrets and stories to share. Join us at Buckland Abbey this May to take a walk with our native trees.

May is National Walking Month, so why not enjoy a stroll, stomp or saunter on the yellow estate walk.

On the Treelore trail you will learn about folklore, old remedies and hints and tips related to the indigenous trees on our estate.

Pick up a trail sheet from Visitor Welcome to take part. The trail is free but normal admission applies.

Shoes and clothing suitable for walking are advised.

Accessibility

The yellow route is suitable for buggies and the tramper, please contact us for advise about use of off-road wheelchairs.
