Explore the seasonal highlights of Stowe on this social walk, led by Ranger, Gardener, and Visitor Experience staff. We will have a ramble around the gardens and parkland, enjoying summer flowers including wildflower meadows and water lilies. We will look out for wildlife including dragonflies, butterflies and birds.
Meet us outside Bell Gate Kiosk to join the walk, the walk is free but please book in advance to secure your place or ask at the kiosk on the day. The walk will last about 2 hours at a gentle pace, covering about 3 miles. Everyone of all ages and abilities is welcome, let us know if you have any questions about the walk route.

Use postcode MK18 5EQ for Stowe Gardens car park and meet us at Bell Gate to begin the walk around the gardens.
- What to bring and wear
Dress for the weather.
- Accessibility
Plenty of accessible parking. Accessible toilets at New Inn, by the cafe, and at the garden entrance. Please note however the walk is around 3 miles long and includes a mix of gravel and mown grass paths with some gentle slopes.
